Bateo Equity is a private investment firm and corporate development partner to middle market companies investing in operational infrastructure, including manufacturing, logistics, and related software that can continue to grow through applied technologies and new markets. The firm makes private equity investments through business acquisitions where existing ownership desires to sell its enterprise, but seeks to ensure continued growth. We also structure and consider other alternative investments, as presented, where we can add value.

Bateo Equity is a strategic capital partner to growing middle market companies. Fundamentally, we do two things: first, we provide liquidity solutions to business owners, whether two retiring founders or a large, multi-shareholder corporation, we enable owners to exit their ownership interest and investment; second, we partner with people first to increase value exponentially through every person who runs a business from executive management, a company’s workforce, to our proprietary market relationships.
