Bateo Equity is a private investment firm focusing on corporate acquisitions that provide liquidity to entrepreneurs, generational owners, corporate strategics, and alternative asset managers. In addition to buy-out transactions, we also consider other alternative investments, as presented, where we can add value.
With offices in New York and Los Angeles, the firm evaluates private equity investments in middle market companies across North America with an emphasis on efficient collaboration and providing superior returns compared to traditional asset classes.
Investment Focus
​We invest in, acquire and operate privately held, non-publicly traded companies in three sectors: industrials-logistics; consumer goods; and software, which can continue to grow through operational domain expertise and newly applied technologies. We do not invest in companies in the healthcare and energy industries.
The firm works with companies to increase their financial value both organically through operational strategy and our proprietary network, as well as inorganically through our outside financial and corporate development expertise in add-on acquisitions and other value driven transaction structures.
